1. Who We Are

SunnySide Solar Panel Cleaning ("we," "us," "our") is a locally owned and operated solar panel cleaning business servingSan Luis Obispo County, CA. We perform the work ourselves — we are not a referral service or dispatch network.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by phone, through our website form, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide (panel count, roof type, location). Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins and may be adjusted if the actual job differs materially from what was described — for example, a panel count or roof access significantly different than initially reported. We will always confirm any price change with you before proceeding.

3. Scheduling and Weather

Solar panel cleaning is a water-based, outdoor service. Rain, high wind, or unsafe roof conditions may require us to reschedule your appointment; we'll contact you as soon as possible if this happens and get you rebooked promptly. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule on your end.

4. Access and Safety

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property, including an outdoor water spigot and clear access to areas where we'll be working. If our technician determines a roof or array is unsafe to access with standard equipment, we may decline to proceed with that portion of the job and will explain why.

5. Satisfaction and Re-Cleans

If you're not satisfied with the result of a cleaning, contact us within 7 days and we'll come back to address it. This does not cover new dirt, dust, or debris that accumulates after the original service.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

7. Liability

We carry liability insurance for the work we perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing roof, panel, or property conditions unrelated to our work, and we'll flag any pre-existing damage we notice before beginning a job.

8. Website Use

Content on this website, including service descriptions and pricing ranges, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing is confirmed directly with you before work begins.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
